Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
MBCT blends traditional “talk therapy” with mind-body theories and practices. It is often offered as a group therapy or can be adapted as an individual approach. It is ideal for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress. Julie is a certified MBCT teacher and trains others in offering MBCT through Harvard Medical School.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
The use of ketamine for improved mental health and personal growth is a rapidly expanding field. When combined with therapy, ketamine can help build new neural pathways, improving cognition, self-acceptance/understanding and emotion regulation. KAP sessions follow a safe, structured protocol. Julie works closely with experienced therapists to provide KAP when it is medically and psychiatrically safe to do so.
