Mindfulness, Yoga & Wellness Trainings
Drishti Holistic Wellness offers mindfulness, MBCT, yoga, Ayurveda, and a variety of wellness-related trainings for individuals, teams, and organizations. We've worked with healthcare providers, lawyers, parents and caregivers, women who are pregnant and postpartum, and many other groups.
What trainings do you offer?
Drishti Holistic Wellness offers trainings in mindfulness and meditation, especially mindfulness in the workplace and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). We've also led full and half-day mindfulness and self-compassion retreats. We teach yoga classes, workshops on Ayurveda and nutrition, and practical stress-management skills for a variety of groups.
Who are these trainings for?
We work with individuals, teams, and organizations. We've led trainings for parent groups and families, nurses and other healthcare providers, lawyers, people working in immigration, and for groups of people who are pregnant and postpartum. If your group isn't on that list, we're still happy to talk. Every training is designed around the people in the room.
Do you offer training for clinicians?
Yes. Julie has led MBCT teacher trainings at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School. We offer similar trainings for clinicians who want to bring mindfulness-based approaches into their own work.
What do sessions look like?
It depends on what you need and want! Sessions can be a brief workshop, a series of events, or a full day. We’ve hosted virtual and in-person trainings. We've worked with groups as small as five people and as large as 50 or more.
Can you tailor a training to our group?
Yes! We'll work with you to shape the content, length, and format around your goals, schedule, and the people taking part.
What does it cost? Is it covered by insurance?
We're open to finding an arrangement that works for you and your organization. Unfortunately, these services are not covered by insurance.
