Drishti Holistic Wellness
'Drishti' means to focus or concentrate on a guiding intention. For many, drishti cultivates balance. In yoga, drishti helps us hold challenging poses. In life, drishti helps us maintain a sense of ease and purpose. Drishti often includes focus on our family, friends and pets, our work and our health. Many people practice mindfulness and yoga, or use psychiatric medications to assist with drishti, or balance, in their life.

Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)
MBCT blends traditional talk therapy with meditative awareness. Ideal for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress. Julie is trained in MBCT and has led individual and group programs for adults navigating chronic stress and mood disorders.
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP)
A clinically guided approach combining ketamine with psychotherapy to explore deeper healing and neuroplasticity. KAP sessions follow a safe, structured protocol. Julie works closely with each client to determine readiness and approach.
Mindfulness, yoga & wellness trainings
Customized sessions for individuals, groups, or organizations–tailored to your goals. From workplace workshops on boundaries and self-care to one-on-one sessions focused on somatic awareness and stress reduction, each experience is personalized and grounded in clinical expertise.

Julie is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and yoga teacher who blends clinical expertise with mindfulness-based care. With over a decade of experience across hospital, academic, and outpatient settings, she supports clients in building clarity, balance, and long-term wellbeing.
